Cordon Bleu Catering by Stephanie's
All quotes are valid for a period of one month from date of issue. Once a function is booked Stephanie's Catering will guarantee the price therein for a period of twelve months. Menus are prepared on the basis of specified numbers at time of booking.
A surcharge will apply at pro-rata should more guests attend than specified.
On booking Stephanie's Catering asks for a non-refundable deposit of approximately 25% depending upon number of guests and type of booking. The remainder is payable on the day of the event by cash, cheque or internet transfer.
3. FINAL NUMBERS AND SPECIAL DIETS
All prices quoted are for the specified number of guests. The final number of guests to be submitted, 7 days prior to the event for the final invoice. All perishable food that has been served over a period of 4 hours unrefrigerated will be disposed of. Stephanie's Catering cannot prepare or serve any perishables supplied by the client with the exception of Wedding cake and crisps and nibbles. All efforts will be made to provide ingredients specified but these may change without prior warning.
Staff are available at any function over 25 guests. Meals will be provided for all staff at no extra cost to the client. However meals for entertainers, photographers, nannies etc. must be included in final numbers and paid for by the client. If staff are not needed at an event a delivery/ set up fee may be applied.
Stephanie's Catering will require access to the area of the event in order to unload. Parking adjacent to kitchen door or serving marquee.
6, DAMAGE/LOSS OF EQUIPMENT
The client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss to any property of Stephanie's Catering hired for the clients function. All breakages are subject to the full replacement cost to the hire company and will be invoiced after the event. Stephanie's Catering will be not responsible for the removal of any perishable items, napkins etc.except for the removal of wine/beer bottles purchased through Stephanie's Catering
In the event of a cancellation the following apply;
Within 30 days notice; the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another date subject to availability.
14 days notice; 50% of cost of event will be applied.
7days notice; 100% of cost of event will apply.
8, LEFTOVER FOOD
The client will have contracted to purchase a certain number of meals at a price per head for that event. All perishable food that has been displayed will be removed after an event.
Every effort will be made to provide the ingredients specified but these may change without prior warning if unavailable.
Please note that food provided may contain traces of nuts and/or fish and/or seafood.
